CRISP partner agencies serve communities throughout San Mateo County—including north county communities in Daly City and South San Francisco; central county communities such as the city of San Mateo; south county cities such as Redwood City, eastern Menlo Park, and East Palo Alto; and coastal areas such as Half Moon Bay. As a result, the project offers local resources and services that are culturally and linguistically sensitive for the immigrant communities in these areas. These various locations increase the ability of CRISP to build relationships and effectively advocate with local policy makers, law enforcement, and other officials and constituencies. CRISP has also improved cross-county communication with other legal service providers in Santa Clara County and San Francisco County.
